Founded in Dubai in 2018, Miva is a boutique flavour house born out of travel and the nostalgia of food memories. Established by Tanaz Shahriari, the brand initially began its journey serving artisanal juices at intimate private events. Today, Miva has evolved into a premium gelato and experiential catering brand, curating flavours inspired by destinations around the world, interpreted with local elegance. Beyond crafting globally inspired creations, the flavour house delivers multi-sensory journeys, weaving together taste, scent, texture, and visuals.

Much like travellers collecting recipes, teas, or spices along their journeys, Miva gathers inspiration from around the world and transforms it into flavours that feel both familiar and unexpected. Each creation is crafted fresh in Dubai, infusing every spoonful, sip, and detail with high-quality ingredients and a sense of wanderlust. With luxury packaging, bespoke catering carts, and immersive event concepts tailored to each occasion, Miva invites guests to taste the story behind every flavour.

In 2024, the flavour house launched an exclusive “Mykonos by Miva” pop-up in Uptown Dubai, featuring frozen Greek yogurt and gourmet toppings.
